Julia Reich (b. 1991) is a German painter based in Berlin. Coming from a background in textile technology and fashion she is a self-taught artist with a focus on large scale works.

Ranging from acrylics, spray paint, oil sticks and pastels on canvas, Julia‘s emphasis lays on precise brushstrokes and vibrant colors.

She is known for painting intuitively and with a strong sense of inner connection, coming from a transformative power within.
Emerging from this power the results are an image of energies in motion, flowing changes and dynamic forces.

Often her work is driven by the inspiration of nature, therefore organic forms, plants, animals and surreal figures often make the center of her works. By creating these sceneries Julia expresses a record of her momentary reality and the fascination of our human senses and intuition.
